Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you receive an item with a fabric issue, print error, or defect, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.

No Return & Refund Policy

Please note that Livoza does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
This policy helps us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our products, as every piece is freshly cut, packed, and tailored from our fabric line.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery,
only in the following rare cases:

  • The fabric or product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong article or size was delivered.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unstitched.
  • Exchange request is made within 15 days of delivery.
  • The issue is related to fabric damage, wrong item sent, or major print defect.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please note: Minor printing variations, fabric texture differences, or color tone changes may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

How to Request an Exchange?

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp: 0344-6650994 or email: zamincollection56@gmail.com.
  2. You must notify us within 1 days of delivery by calling or Whatsapp at 0344-6650994.
  3. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  4. Once verified, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Shipping Process

  • You can return the parcel via TCS, Leopards Courier, or PostEx.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned fabric, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
  • Delivery time for exchanged items: 3–5 working days after approval.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot offer exchanges on:

  • Cut, stitched, or altered fabrics
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
